Allergy Appointment/Testing:

We can test for the possible presence of allergy-related antibodies in your blood sample. The allergens we look at include foods, pollens, animal dander, house dust mite, and mould. Symptoms may include hives (red rash), runny nose, red eyes, tight chest, nausea, vomiting, and sneezing.
Our scientists use a combination of patient history, symptom analysis, and a specialised blood test. Don't worry! NO big needles required- just a finger prick blood sample. We'll then use your results to discuss symptom management.

Here at IGE, we can test for the production of IgG antibodies in response to over 200 different foods, drinks, herbs and, spices (including gluten). Symptoms of a food intolerance include bloating, migraines, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, and nausea.
Our scientists use a combination of patient history, symptom analysis, and a specialised blood test in order to establish any potential intolerances you may have. Don't worry! NO big needles required- just a finger prick blood sample. We'll then use your results to discuss symptom management.

Lactose Intolerance Appointment/Testing:
Lactose intolerance can be very unpleasant for the sufferer with symptoms including diarrhea, bloating, stomach cramps, and nausea. Our scientists use a combination of patient history, symptom analysis, and a specialised blood test in order to determine whether you may have an intolerance to lactose. Don't worry! NO big needles required- just a few finger prick blood samples. Once we've determined whether or not you may be intolerant, we can discuss how to manage it.

Please Note: We currently do not test for Asthma. We don't test anyone under the age of 16 for allergies and we don't test anyone under the age of 16 for intolerances. We do not provide prescriptions or offer hay fever injections.
Fees:
Test prices start from £30 depending on the test you require. The fee for the initial and any follow-up consultations is charged separately.
